Located in the resort of Grand Marais, Manitoba, this 1000 square foot cabin is perfect for those who love the outdoors and cottage life. In winter, this is the ideal location for ice fishing, skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling . Plenty of fishing shacks can be seen right from your window. The access to the lake is a ten minute walk, or a two minute snowmobile ride. Easy access to get all of your equipment on the lake by truck or snowmobile! If you are a beach lover, Grand Beach provincial park is a 10 minute walk away, or you can drive if that is preferred. Grand Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in North America with it's caribbean fine sand. This cabin comfortably fits 8-10 people with table seating for eight and two living/seating areas. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need however if you don't fancy cooking, there are many local restaurants that will serve you whatever tickles your fancy. The cabin has one washroom with a separate shower room, so there shouldn't be too many jam ups! On-site there is a propane BBQ and in the summer there is a firepit to toast those marshmallows. The scenery is gorgeous, being right on the lake there are no obstructions to see the sunset over the lake. In the town of Grand Marais there are two grocery stores, hardware store, garage, many local restaurants, and the South Beach Casino is a 20 minute drive away.
