Bodie's Barn Apt. 2 on Beautiful Lake Gage

Charming upstairs apartment on one of the cleanest lakes in northeast Indiana. Family friendly, all sports lake. Kid friendly swimming area. Private dock with sunning deck and boat space. Close to Pokagon State Park, shopping, wineries and breweries. Or, just relax and enjoy lake life! For larger groups, rent both of our apartments. They are mirror images of each other, and are right across the hall in the same building. Discounts for weekly and monthly rentals. Our property boasts 3+ acres, right on Lake Gage. We have a large fenced in yard with a play set and swings. There's plenty of room for your outdoor games. Guests are also welcome to use the bonfire pit, two canoes, and many bikes and ride on toys for children. Please bring your own beach towels and life jackets. A highchair, a booster seat, and a pack n play are provided in each apartment. You'll have private access to the entire apartment. Outdoor spaces may be shared with other renters, and/or our family staying in the main house. You are welcome to use all of the outdoor spaces, including front and back yards, fire pit, swings and play area, and the dock. Our renter dock is located just to left of the main driveway, as you are walking to the lake. I am always available by phone or text. I live about 30 minutes from the lake, so I am frequently in and out of our family's lake house on the same property. Lake Gage offers lake living at its finest. Of the utmost importance: a stop at Tom's Donuts! A car is necessary, as you'll be hard pressed to even find an Uber. Lake Gage is located in rural Steuben County, 15 minutes from Interstate 69 and Angola, and 20 minutes from Interstate 80 (toll road). Please be observant of speed limits, as they may be lower than expected around the lakes, and are strictly enforced. If you like to walk or bike, the trip around the lake is about 3 miles of mixed flats and hills. There are some beautiful homes to see, and the views are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. If we have multiple renters, you are welcome to spread out and use the dock at the end of the sidewalk that goes through the front yard, with the white handrails. The dock with the wooden steps is not for renters.
