Welcome to Bay Point Cottage located in beautiful Prince Edward Island. Bay Point Cottage is located in the center of everything beautiful on the island but set far back from it all, in a wooded area with no neighbors, so you get the privacy you are seeking when going on vacation. Bay Point Cottage is a 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom cottage with water views that is situated on a four acre, private, wooded lot. This cottage is built for multiple families as it has 2 master bedrooms with Queen sized beds, the other 2 rooms containing a double bed and bunk beds ( double on bottom). There is one day bed, large pull out couch, as well as a bunkie with 3 single beds. There are 2 living and eating areas , 2 fully-equipped kitchens, laundry and occupies over 2200 square feet excluding decks. Outside, there is a front deck facing the parking area, and 2 large back decks, fully equipment with tables and chairs. The hot tub is attached to the back deck overlooking the water view and bon fire pit. Only 2km from the Cavendish Boardwalk, across from Eagle's Glen golf course and near four other highly-rated golf courses. Standard rentals are 7 nights Sunday -Sunday. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. No pets please. From Our Family To Yours My husband, Marc and I ( Krista) are excited to invite to you our newly owned property. The peaceful, quiet and calming environment is just the place to re-connect with your family and children. It is a place to disconnect from the real world and un-plug. We also have available horseshoes, washer toss, and a badminton/volleyball net for outdoor fun. And of course, unlimited fire wood for endless family bon fires. Here, at this cottage you will feel the beauty of nature all around you, however be in the heart of PEI, where beaches, restaurants, attractions, golf are all just minutes away. Newly added is a hot tub to relax after busy PEI fun days!!
