We're a 10-min drive away from the airport and 15-min drive to historic Old San Juan. The property is an entire one bedroom apartment that comfortably fits up to 4 people with living room, high speed wifi, laptop friendly workspace, and compact, but fully equipped kitchen The apartment is located in the second floor of a multi-family home. The living room is the first room you see when you enter the apartment and is a bright multifunctional space with dining area, laptop friendly desk, sofa and lounge chairs, games, speakers and magazines. Update: We’ve just installed a brand new inverter A/C in this room plus it has a ceiling fan. The compact but fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal at home, make smoothies (or piña coladas :) or have a glass of wine. Dining space comfortably accommodates 4 people and has plenty of beautiful dinnerware. The bathroom was recently remodeled and is stocked with all the necessities. The main bedroom is a stylish space where you can lit a scented candle and relax. This room is very bright during the day, but can become dark if the blinds are closed. The bedroom also has a brand new inverter A/C plus a ceiling fan. There are beach chairs for your use, which you can find by the stairs. Shared among our guests, washer and dryer available on the property. We provide accommodation for groups of various sizes and needs and have more than 300 positive reviews from guests. A lockbox with a set of keys is by the house gate. One key will be for the gate and another one for the apartment door. The lockbox code will be provided near the arrival date. We can help with early check ins and late check outs, recommend our favorite places to visit/eat and just in case you need anything else or have any question, when we're in town we're happy to help w' anything you need otherwise we'll have a property manager available. We're also always available by phone/text. The apartment is located in the Santa Teresita Community. It is a gated area, which is easy and safe to walk around. We are only 2 blocks away from the beach (and a food truck selling awesome piña coladas;) and less than a 15-minute walk to a trendy Loiza street, which is booming with local restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The property is a 10-min drive away from the airport and a 15-min drive to historic Old San Juan. We're located within 4-min walk from beloved by locals Ultimo Trolley beach, while more touristy Ocean Park beach is only a nice 15-minute walk away. -Airport is 10 to 15 minutes away by car depending on traffic. -Historic Old San Juan is an easy (and cheap - $7-8) 15-min Uber ride away, or a 30-min bus ride for only $0.75 (bus stop is 3 min walk away from our house). - You can also rent an electric scooter via Bird App. -We also sometimes enjoy a long walking route to Old San Juan, which can take up to 2 hours and lets you explore Condado, Puerta de Tierra and other neighborhoods, as well as enjoy some panoramic views of the ocean.
