Watch for the city events like Farmers Market, the infamous local 4th of July Parade & Dragon Boat Races taking place just a few steps away. This suite is not pet friendly but we do have one in the building happy to welcome our 4 legged pet guests, Stellar Jay, found under Historic Downtown Studio Covered Porch, Lawn, BBQ, Outdoor Seating Always available to message. Heart of Downtown Ridgefield with Small Town Roots & Walkable to Restaurants. Across from Overlook Park with River View. Near railroad tracks with train vibrations and sounds. Very walkable to restaurants, parks, theater and small stores. Just off I-5 Ridgefield - Exit 14 / Pioneer Street. Just about 8 miles to Ilani Casino & 12 minutes to Sunlight Amphitheater. Shuttle options available with The Current with C-tran Uber and Lyft drivers in the area. Uber Eats delivery is available. Our building on records dates back to 1909 though updated with modern finishes & improved insulation we do have creaks & some noise can be heard between units. The train runs through downtown & will be felt and heard.
