If you are looking to unwind this is the place for you. Philipsburg with shopping & restaurants is only a 5 minute drive away. Living in a condo on the same address we will make sure you are comfortable and assist wherever possible. The condo has a fabulous terrace with a lounge area and dining table. In the condo is an enclosed verandah with kitchen and dining table, the living room has 2 separate nooks with 1 single beds for a 3rd guest. A separate bedroom with queen size bed, which always has a nice breeze and to complete it there is a functional bathroom. The condo is all yours. The washing machine on the property is shared with the other tenants. As we live on the property we are available daily for information & questions. Guana Bay is unique, the community is very private, quiet and houses and villas are on big lots. Leaving the bay, vibrant Philipsburg is only 5 minutes away. There is no public transport to Guana Bay and the apartment is in the hills so renting a car is a must. On the waterfront there is a rugged beach and cliffs that are great for walking and hiking.
