The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, and an open concept living room with gorgeous panoramic view of the valley which you can also see from the walk-out deck. Downstairs features a Master Bedroom with walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a double bed and a closet, bathroom with a tub/shower and a full size washer and dryer. Great place for business or pleasure only minutes from Hwy 101 and Coldbrook. Wifi, Cable TV, Disney +, and Netflix included. The separate outside entrance opens into the main floor which features a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc.) with a dining table, an open concept living room with a couch that converts into a pull-out bed, and a walk-out deck that boasts a gorgeous view of the valley. Downstairs there is a Master Bedroom (queen bed) that features an amazing valley view over the surrounding farmland and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The recently renovated bathroom has a shower/tub. A full size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The outdoor solar heated pool is available on request (open seasonally, no supervision provided, children to be supervised at all times). The parking spot is located on the right hand side of the driveway and the entrance to the apartment down the sidewalk to the right of the garage. Your parking spot is about 20 feet from the apartment entrance. Full access to the apartment. Feel free to walk around the property (4acres) and the surrounding woods. We are available anytime for guest needs via the Airbnb site or via text. You are bordering woods and farmfields with a view of the valley from Coldbrook to the Minas Basin in the distance. The Annapolis Valley is a wonderful place to visit from vineyards to orchards and the highest tides in the world.
