A completely renovated cabin in the heart of Lester Beach. This 1030 SQFT, 3 bedroom cabin has space for groups of all sizes. This cabin also includes: wood burning stove, all new kitchen appliances, all new memory foam mattresses, big screen TV, satellite, retro game consoles and DVDs, a large wrap around deck, bbq, patio table and chairs, fire pit, beach games, outdoor sporting equipment, and so much more. Best of all, it's a 5 min walk from the incredible, white sand beach. (No wifi) We have designed our space to feel like a home away from home. Modern, open concept living space with vaulted cedar ceilings and all the touches that one would expect in a cabin including a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings. There is no Wifi at this time, but there are plenty of DVDs, satellite, and retro gaming consoles (Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Playstation, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii) for those cozy evenings or rainy days. If you like to spend your time outside, we have plenty to offer there as well. A nice sized deck for outdoor gatherings while the BBQ is roaring, as well as a fire pit with a large seating area in the back yard. For those who like to lay back and relax while watching the clouds roll by, we have a comfy outdoor hammock for use as well. Whether you spend all your time at the nearby beach, or are stuck inside because of snow or rain, we know you will love cabin and area as much as we do. You will have access to the entire cabin during your stay. This includes the large deck and yard area as well. You will also have access to many outdoor games (Bocce Ball, Ladder Ball, Spikeball) located in our shed in the back yard. - Lester Beach is beautiful white sand beach that is just a short 5 minute walk from our cabin. - There are also numerous well maintained hiking, cross country ski, and snowshoe trails within Grand Beach Provincial Park which is about a 10 minute walk from our cabin. - A large community recreation field within a 10 minute walk from our cabin that has play equipment for the kids, a small baseball field, soccer field, basketball court, and outdoor exercise equipment. - Thomson Crossing is a brand new store and gas bar located in Belair less than a 10 minute drive away which has all essentials. - Hillside Beach Store and Eatery is less then a 10 minute drive away. It has all the essentials you will need if you run out, along with a great restaurant that serves great home cooked dishes and some of the best pizza you will ever have! - For the golfers among us, a 12 minute drive will take you to one of the best spots to swing the clubs in Manitoba at Grand Pines Golf course. - Ice fisherman will be happy to know that a 2 minute drive will get you to the "Yellow Brick Road" lake access where some of the best ice fishing in Manitoba can be had.
