Beautiful A/C Condo Suite. Walkable distance to business district, universities, waterfront, restaurants, nightlife, café's, shopping and parks. Condo is for Airbnb quests only and not owner occupied ( no personal belongings will in be Condo) All pets must be approved before booking. Parking is free on street with a few limits (weekly street cleaning) posted on street signs. Parking is not an issue. Suite is extremely efficient, equipped with all the comforts of home. Bedroom and living areas are separate but without privacy door. Will provide portable crib/playpen upon request. I will issue lock box code a few days before your arrival date. Guest have access to entire Condo. I will be available 24/7 during your stay for any questions or concerns by voice/text or email. This condo is located in the south end of Halifax - a short walk from the waterfront, Seaport Market, parks, library, shopping, cafes, restaurants, business district, and universities (SMU, DAL and NSCAD). The neighbourhood has many residents who have been here for years, young families and mature students/young working professionals. The street features large trees that canopy the street with shade in the summer and parking (2-hour and all day, depending on the side with evening/overnight/weekend parking no time limit). You are within walking distance to all major bus routes, the train/bus station, and major food stores( Sobeys) I would take a cab if you are arriving with luggage from the bus/train station ($5-10), airport ($60) or shuttle ($20). Casino Taxi is reliable and offers an app for convenient bookings. Town Limo is my recommend car service, which has comparable rates to taxis for airport pickup and drop off. I provide linens, towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner. You can use all the appliances including: microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Keurig as well as dishes, pots and pans. TV is wifi equipped with HD Cable, allowing connections to Netflix, etc... Parking: Street parking is free with a few exceptions as per posted street signs. Monday through Friday only from 8am until 6 pm, 2 hour limit on Condo side, opposite side no limit. Street cleaning on Condo side Tuesday morning 12am until 5am; Opposite side Wednesday morning 12am until 5am. 2 hour parking limit isn't enforced often, with street cleaning enforced. During winter parking ban ( approx. 15 times per year) I will give instructions/directions to my parking lot within 5 mins walk to Condo.
