Downtown flat across from Victoria Park

This cozy top floor two bedroom flat is located in downtown Truro, across the street from Victoria Park. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a small deck. There is Wifi and a TV with an android box for movies. There are also a few board games including monopoly, chess, and checkers. This is an apartment in a 150+ year old house with neighbors below. Please don't book it if you plan to throw a party. Parking is available for one car in the driveway. If you need to park multiple cars you will have to arrange it with the neighbours downstairs. I've renovated the entire apartment in my spare time over the past few years, and rent it out while I'm away traveling. It is clean, warm, and bright. You will have access the entire top floor apartment. I probably wont be in town, but my neighbors can help you if you run into any issues. I'm a phone call away The Truro train station is less than a two minute walk from the flat. The bus station is about a 20 minute walk or three minute drive. There's no public transit in Truro, but there are plenty of taxi, bicycle, motorcycle, and car rental companies in the area. If you arrive by train or bus you'll be able to get to everything you need on foot from the flat. There are train tracks about four hundred feet behind the house. The trains aren't very loud, or close enough that you feel them go by, but you can hear them. Although it's a non smoking building, the neighbors smoke outside. This might bother someone with smoke or enviromental sensitivities.
