House at San Lucas Tolimán

Located in San Lucas Tolimán, Lake Atitlán. You are going to love the place because of the atmosphere, the views and the location. My accommodation is good for families and large groups who want to go to rest in a place surrounded by beautiful gardens, with access to the lake and in a private, safe and luxurious condominium. The house is cozy, fresh and perfect to go to relax and have a good time with friends or family. The lake is about 5 minute walk from the house, we have private beach, space to disembark boats and wave runners, heliport, 5 private docks and variety of green area spaces. I will not be present in the place but I will always attend your messages or calls Private condominium, with access to the lake, quite common areas. The town (San Lucas Tolimán) is approximately 5 minutes by car, you can ask for tuk tuk to go to town. If notified in advance, we can arrange transportation by boat to other towns around the lake. You can ask for tuk tuk to go to town. Roads in poor condition, preferable to arrive by Cocales and Patulul if they move in a sedan-type car.
