My place is close to George Price Center, the University and Archives Department. You’ll love this guesthouse because of the location, the people and the environment. It is a good location for adventurers and business travelers. In addition to access to a kitchen, this room has two beds and AC, so it is a nice one for three adventuring friends, family members or business travelers. We request your courtesy by tidying up after yourself after using shared areas. Also please be considerate with regards to noise volumes early in the morning, late evening and night. Level and frequency of my in person interaction is based on my availability at any point in time (not predictable). I am very responsive once a message or phone call through the Airbnb system is received. My assistant and I are also happy to interact more with guests who are so oriented, as we are friendly people. Communication is very important to us, so we can be of most assistance to you and be able to assure you of a great visit. We are happy to oblige with information about different things or places to visit in the area. Once a report is received, we address any issues, for example 'cuts' in utilities, that are within our control within the shortest time possible. This area is multi-cultural with local eateries, bakery, fruit market, laundromat and supermarket within a two block radius. The San Martin route city bus and taxis pass a stone's throw away from the guesthouse. The city bus route ends at the bus terminal area, where you can take buses to the south, east or west of the country. There are taxis also immediately outside the bus terminal. We request a tentative arrival and departure time, during our check-in and check-out times, so we can ensure courteous reception and check-out. You will be asked to present an official photo identification document and to fill in a registration form upon check-in as is required by law. We are always willing to provide help with information on travel times, transport options available, etc.
