Our contemporary beachfront home offers a private beach, rustic modern interior and all the natural beauty Mother Nature has to offer. Located 8 km. from Lawrencetown Beach. 45 min. from downtown Halifax. Seaforth is Nova Scotia's best kept secret. Our beach house sits in a 2 1/2 acre field of clover and wild flowers overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with miles of unspoiled beach to explore. A modern open concept design, this 2 bdrm., 1 1/2 bath has everything you'll need to for a perfect beach vacation. Upper level incl. contemporary kitchen, dining, living area, full bath and double bedroom with stunning views from every window. Lower level incl. master bdrm., queen size bed, tv, fantastic library, with ocean views and walk out patio overlooking flowering gardens. Bistro set, adorondack chairs and outdoor wood stove, overlooking the ocean boasts rest and relaxation, inside and out. Guests have access to the entire home. Fully equipped kitchen, linens and bath. Books, games and so much more. We have a travel trailer located on the beach. We share a parking space but have a private path to our accommodations. We allow our guests as much privacy as they'd like. We are available in person, text or by phone. A binder containing updated information and instructions regarding home care, recreational rentals, tourists sites, directions, etc.. will be available. We're located on Hwy. 207 , 8 km. from Lawrencetown Beach near Fisherman's Reserve and very near the Historical Acadian Villages of Chezzetcook and Grand Desert. During lobster season watch the fishing boats go by, jump on your bike and buy fresh lobster right off the wharf. We have markets, cafe's and many local artists selling their crafts. The Eastern Shore is an easy drive to downtown Halifax (45 min), downtown Dartmouth (30 min). Public transit is available but a car is recommended. While the interior of our home is incredibly comfortable and beautiful. It's the exterior surroundings that are, to us, most spectacular. The sights, sounds and smell of the ocean. A wide variety of birds include wild finches, hawks, eagles and blue heron . The vastness of the sky, be it, day or night is amazing. Miles and miles of beach. clam digging, fishing, bird watching, biking & hiking, kayaking, surfing, paddle boarding, etc.., right outside the door. We now offer our guests Beach Cookouts. For a fee we will offer a selection of menu items that include fresh local seafood and garden to table dishes. Prepared and served in an open air kitchen right on our beach. Guests are welcome to participate in foraging, clam digging or fishing. Or, sit back, relax and enjoy the experience.
