Haida Gwaii Glamping Co. is a glamorous camping property on Haida Gwaii Island, an archipelago world famous for its nature & beauty. We offer 6.2 acres of rainforest, dunes & beaches, where 10 designer lux tents each over 300sq ft are situated. Relax in a forest hammock and read book, refresh yourself in the Pacific Ocean and just plain chill in our hot tub, adventure out on a kayak or hike our beautiful trails! So much to do and see on Haida Gwaii! Whatever it is, you'll find it here. Rain Forest Tent - Queen Suite When choosing our 6 rain forest suite tent platforms we allowed the forest to tell us where to situate them. We did not remove any trees for this purpose. All 6 of our 320 sq ft rain forest tents are accessible by our timber boardwalk through the salal underbrush. Forest bathe or enjoy the stargazing possibilities from your 120 sq ft rain forest terrace. Truly magical. Nature Therapy. This suite is equipped with a private en-suite bathroom inside your tent which includes a shower, sink, and flushing toilet. A Dyson heat/cool fan will keep you warm at night or cool during the day. Suite amenities include a mini fridge, french press, electric kettle, Serious coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Turkish bathrobes, Turkish bath & beach towels and soft bamboo sheets. We also have a magnificent Geodesic Dome where you can relax, play games on a cloudier day. Ocean swims renew the soul especially when followed by story telling around a camp fire. Don't forget the marshmallows! You will always be welcomed by a member of the team that will guide you to your tent. Haida Gwaii Glamping Co is pretty low key. No butler, no room service or restaurants on site. Every morning, we do however provide a simple continental breakfast and a mini smoothie station - this is served in the Social Dome. We are surrounded by rainforests, beach and the ocean. Near one can find meadows and homesteads and the area has been known for the world-famous Richardson Ranch beef for decades.
