Constructed to harmonize with the contour of the hillside, this home has vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, infloor heating and a luxury kitchen. Numerous levels or pods connect each room, designed to capture and maximize the scenery. Each of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom for privacy and convenience. Floor to ceiling glass showcase the open-concept main living area. A fully stocked kitchen featuring soapstone countertops, induction cooktop, dishwasher, convection oven, and stackable washer and dryer is available for your use. The dining table easily seats 10, and there is a large living area adjacent for large gatherings, and a secondary small nook ideal for reading. Guests will have full access to the house, including WiFi, washer/dryer, recreational equipment storage, and driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. There is a neighbouring parking lot 1 min walk away with ample parking for additional cars. We normally live in Calgary but have local on-site support should any need arise. 1 min walk from the Sunbird chairlift, being a hair away from Ski in/out. Panorama Village is a 5 min drive away with the main ski lifts and village amenities. The house is located in the Greywolf neighbourhood, which has the nearby Cliffhanger restaurant, located at the base of the Sunbird chair. Due to the unique architectural design of the house, the driveway is steep. For ease of parking 1-2 cars in the driveway, vehicles should have either AWD or 4 wheel drive. There is also the option of parking one minute away in the Greywolf Restaurant parking lot which is easy to access and can fit any number of vehicles. Please note the local garbage is not picked up, so you will be asked to bring the bagged garbage to the local dumpster on your way out
