This apartment is located in the Urbanization of Santa Rosa near Santa Rosa shopping mall, restaurants, hospital, metro station, etc. It is 20 minutes away from Condado beach hotels, resorts and casinos. 30 minutes away from the charming OLD SAN JUAN, the oldest settlement within Puerto Rico. The apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen, new furniture, queen size bed, TVs, cable tv, WiFi, washer & dryer, microwave, etc. This apartment is very cozy and lovely and makes you to want to stay longer. It has all of the amenities that you will need while away and more. It includes bottle water and Puerto Rican coffee. You have a terrace with a round table and chairs that you can sit and relax, drink coffee, have a snack and listen to the Coqui's at night (no smoking). Located a block away from the property is the Paseo del Río in Bayamón or Parque Lineal near the Bayamón River is a 6-mile park where you can jog, walk or run bikes. From its entrance to the end, the park is divided in two roads, one for the cyclists and the other for joggers and walkers. There are benches in the way for resting. There are signs in the abundant vegetation of the park. It has restrooms and parking. This park has a gazebo, which is free to use, but you must call to reserve it. No pets are allowed in the area just guide dogs. Its entrance is free. Gulf Course is 2 miles from the property. The Rio Bayamon Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course in Bayamon, Puerto Rico (5 Par-3, 10 Par-4 y 3 Par-5). The driving range has 58 stations from which 16 are at the second level. Short game practice facilities include putting and chipping areas.
