Typical Caribbean wooden building, with a touch of modern, European style and with a warm and special Italian welcome. Every private room ( 2 people ) has a Queen size bed and a private bathroom with a big shower. You will also find a fridge ( filled up with fresh water every day ), a fun, a little wardrobe, a kettle , AC ( included ) and a private porch looking to a shared garden. REMEMBER: at the check-in you will pay the 9% Tourism Belize tax. REMEMBER that the structure has 7 rooms !!! You will find a cozy room with a mix of tropical local style and refined italian style, very clean and curate. Our room are comfortable and surrounded by the real island culture of Caye Caulker, where no paved roads exist, where the time is flowing slowly ( GO SLOW ) and where the smile of the locals and their “good morning” surprises you and warms your heart up. From the main gate in the garden in the middle of the structure. We welcome you personally and during the check-in you will get all the informations you need about us and the island. During your stay we will assist you for any help you need, just lay down and relax. We will also be present 24 hours at the structure. We have a typical Belizean neighborhood with local people and culture right next to the center of town. Remember : “The Split” in not in the center but it is located in the northern part of the island On the island the easiest way to move is to walk or to use a bike because the distances are very short and the roads are dirt. Otherwise you can rent a golf-cart or just call a taxi for 5 BZ$ / person. ***** REMEMBER: at the check-in you will pay the 9% Tourism Belize tax. ***** We remind our guests that it will be our pleasure to make you stay in the best possible way: change of towels every day, room cleaning every 2 days, change of sheets and total room cleaning every 4 days. *****The costs of electricity and water in Belize and in particular on the island are very high. Therefore, please do not leave the lights and air conditioning on when leaving the room for a long period. Use the water in the shower and sinks diligently.
