Main level has kitchen, full bathroom, living room with a single bed available. Second level is a full bedroom with office space and ottoman that opens to a single bed. There is an adjoining upper deck. Spiral staircase to upstairs bedroom with queen bed. Two single beds available one on main floor and an ottoman upstairs that opens to single bed. Guests also have access to the following: Private back yard with flower gardens Bicycles for bike path (limited- use at your own risk) We will give you your privacy but are on site if you need us for anything. Across the street from ice skating/hockey arena (Cairns Arena), band shell and grounds where outdoor events are held, playground, baseball diamonds (available when no games), basketball court. On main road within walking distance to public transportation- 2.9 Miles to Church Street Downtown - 3 Miles to Lake Champlain ferry to New York and Lake Champlain cruises. Five minutes or 2.3 miles to Burlington International Airport. Private Entrance No smoking, vaping, burning of candles, incense or other burnable products. No pets No parties - quiet after 10 pm
