This is a quiet and comfortable appartement with private parking and entrance. It sits in a large garden including a BBQ place. It is a modern appartement and the location is inside a gated community. It is underneath our own living space, so we are nearby for questions and extra assistance. The bed is the equivalent size of Californian King. The owner is a certified birding guide so birding tours are an option It has its own private parking space. It sits in a gated community with 24hrs security at the gate I am always available during your stay for assistance and questions and possibly a happy hour together The neighborhood is a quiet residential gated community with private acces to the beach, 10 minutes from Philipsburg and 10 minutes from the French side. 24hrs security at the gate Public transportation is not available in this neighborhood, so a rental car is necessary to get around.
