It is perfect for a comfortable stay with family and friends to enjoy the local beaches and activities that Costa Careyes offers. Casa Lupita is a spacious, bright and fresh casita in Careyes. It is perfect for family or friends as it is equipped with everything you need to spend from a weekend to a long stay. Very comfortable during the summer or hot days because it has a/c in the bedrooms and the common area. It has a large garden where you can barbecue and rest in a hammock by the shade, while you hear the birds sing and breathe the fresh air of the coast. Casa Lupita is in a very good location within Careyes. It is located in Pueblo Careyes, just a couple of minutes from Playa Rosa, Playa Careyitos, Plaza de los Caballeros del Sol (which has boutiques, atm, and restaurants), La Copa del Sol and all the activities of Careyes. NATURE IN THE COAST ++++++++++++ We're lucky to live surrounded by the tropical jungle and the house has mosquito nets for your comfort but because it is a place surrounded by jungle, there are insects outside and there may be animals such as badgers, frogs and more in the vicinity, so just in case, we always recommend our guests to keep the doors closed to prevent insects from entering and also avoid mosquito bites. Occasionally during the rainy season, from June to November, ants or small insects may get in if doors are not closed enough or food is left outside containers. We have Raid in the house. When you book you are aware of the type of nature that inhabits Costa Careyes. THE WEATHER IN COSTA CAREYES ++++++++++++ Occasionally in the rainy season, power outages may occur when it rains. If it happens, please let me know, and if the situation is all along the coast, it is just a matter of waiting until it is restored. The weather status of your chosen dates must be taken into account before booking. Weather is not the responsibility of the host and cancellations will not be refundable for rain or bad weather the day of check-in or once the guest enters the house. CLEANING & HOUSE KEEPING ++++++++++++ +++++ For weekly, biweekly or monthly stays: Cleaning service (once a week), pool maintenance and gardener included. Extra cleaning days can be requested at least 24 hrs. in advance. +++++ Stays of less than 1 week: Daily cleaning service (or every third day) is available upon request and at an extra cost of $400 pesos/20 usd per day. If you wish to request it, please mention it before check-in or two days in advance. RULES OF THE HOUSE ++++++++++++ - Parties or events are not allowed. - No loud music. - Please do not make noise after 11pm. - Just one dog is allowed. Extra pet $20 usd per night. - Unauthorized extra person: 50 usd per night. - Extra cleaning service during stay: 20 usd. - Loss of keys: 15 usd. - Late check-outs on request. If possible, we'll be happy to allow it. - Unauthorized late check-out (after 11:30 am): 50 usd. - Cancellations on the day of check-in or early check-outs non-refundable. Not available for guiding in case of not finding the house after 9pm. Pueblo Careyes is a colorful village in Careyes, inhabited by people from around the world. The small and quiet town is surrounded by jungle and is a couple of minutes away from all the places and activities of Costa Careyes. At the pueblo, you will find the Plaza de Los Caballeros, with restaurants, boutique shops, and ATM. Pueblo Careyes also has a free gym, walk-friendly streets, a basketball court and private clinic open 24/7. In Careyes it is recommended to move by car, but from the town and walking, you can reach Playa Careyitos (1 kilometer away) and Plaza de Los Caballeros.
