This home is located in one of the best places in Bermuda. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage sits on the South shore overlooking the beautiful property of Hamilton Princess beach Club. Across the street you can find Cross Bay - the neighborhood private beach. Henry VIII Restaurant, sushi bar and pantry is next door - One of Bermuda's most popular places to dine. Just a short walk away you will find the historic Gibbs Hill Lighthouse where you can also dine at The Dining Room. This home is a Crown Point "Clean Home" - Each of our homes follow official international vacation rental guidelines for disinfecting and sanitizing vacation homes. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. A large fridge to store all your goodies especially if you plan on doing a lot of cooking. The kitchen over looks the living and dining area. The large window allows for the spectacular views to be seen from all angles. The three bedrooms are located at the back of the house. Quaint and comfortable. The Master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with tub and the other two bedroom share a full bathroom with a standing shower. This entire home is for your private use. There are no other apartments or buildings attached to this space. Cross Bay beach is located across the street and down the hill. There is a security guard on 24hr duty to the beach. This is home is now serviced by CROWN POINT - a local concierge team. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by one of our concierge agents, who will be at your service 24 hours a day regarding any matter, and one day prior to your departure the guest relations associate will contact you for your check out details. As we truly respect your privacy we will not cause any disturbance to you during your stay, until and unless you have requested it. Henry VIII is our favorite neighbor. A lovely restaurant for the entire family. Also nearby you can find The Reefs Club and The Fairmont Southampton Princess where you can acess the popular Horseshoe Bay beach.
