Our Security manager will give you access to the property. The property is located right on Vega Baja Urban center in front of the Municipality Police building. It is within a short walk from local market and many great restaurants, cafes, pharmacies. We will be available to assist you in case of any emergency. The host lives close to the Melao Lodge. PET POLICY: - Cats and small dogs are allowed at the discretion of the host. Pet fee: $20. - Pet parents are responsible for cleaning after their pets when outside. We recommend having dogs inside the room, and leashed when walking (as many cars drive through the neighborhood). - Please be respectful of other guests. ACCESSIBILITY - Melao Lodge is on the second floor of the building and the only way to access it is through our private staircase. COMMON AREAS - The kitchen is available for any guest to use. Please be courteous and clean after yourself. PARKING: - One free parking space per room. The parking lot is gated and keypad-controlled. There is a security camera overlooking the area.
