Cozy & warm Queen size bed in an artsy RVA home

Vaccination card required. Low maintenance guests only. This is not the Hilton. My place is close to Pocahontas State Park, The Virginia Museum of Fine Art, restaurants and dining, the James River, the fan, VCU, Shockoe Slip, Shockoe Bottom, The Canal Walk, and downtown. You’ll love my place because of the artsy decor, warmth, coziness, family friendly neighborhood, close proximity to the interstate. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. I have a small, friendly Shi-poo named Hendrix. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. Guests can utilize the entire house unless I'm staying there, in which case the Master bedroom and bathroom would be unavailable. I'm available by phone, email, or text and am willing to interact as much as the guest would like. Close to I-95 and 7 miles from the city. This is a suburban neighborhood. A car is recommended. Spare towels and linens in hall closet. Please park on the street out front and not too close to the mailbox, please. I have high speed internet, so the WiFi is fast and reliable. Laundry available for a fee ($5/load).
