Quaint, clean and comfortable home, quiet neighborhood. Furnished lower level (guest space), 50” tv, Directv, private full bath. On-street parking, easy highway access. Minutes from attractions: Vikings training camp - 7 Downtown St Paul/Xcel Center - 9 Airport/MOA - 13 Downtown Mpls - 22 3 very happy kitties live here. You may get cuddles, lint rollers available. Pets have access to guest space, please do not book if allergies are a concern. Please read my profile thoroughly when booking! 🙂 The lower level is the main area for guests. If there will be 2 guests, please make sure your reservation is for 2 guests. 🙂 Lower level I am at home some of the time. If not I'm always available via text or phone call. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and very safe. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Great location mere blocks from major highways (494 and 52). 7 minutes to Vikings training camp, 9 minutes to downtown St Paul/Excel Energy Center, 13 minutes to airport/MOA, 22 minutes to downtown Minneapolis. A preferred parking spot for your vehicle is suggested in the check/in instructions as well as profile photos. If you don’t have a vehicle, an easy drop off at the driveway! Please mind the kitties! They are all very friendly and naturally will shed a bit, lint rollers are available. Guest space is sparkling clean and kitties will have access to area, please do not book a reservation if allergies are a concern.
