Beautifully furnished 3 bdrm/2 bath house on a beach front lot. Wake up, hear the soft waves and walk straight down to your own beach. Full kitchen, huge patio/bbq area, with an outdoor sitting area. It's on an idealistic setting in a quiet fishing village. The entire house is recently renovated. This comfortable house is only 40 yards (37 meters) away from the beach on an expansive 2 acre lot. View the sunset off the porch each and every day. Lots of fruit trees and coconut trees for you to enjoy at will. The beach is soft sand and wide open for miles on either side. The beach area is sea turtle nest area and in early summer you may even spot hatched baby turtles heading out to sea. Location is in a quaint fishing village 5 miles (8km) away from Mayaguez and 11 miles (18km) away from Rincon. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house has a full kitchen, plus laundry room downstairs, Huge front window double doors open up to the ocean and there's always a nice sea breeze. There is an huge BBQ for all your grilling needs. Laundry Machines downstairs for your use. It's a quick drive from downtown Mayaguez, a well sized city and there is a bakery, nice restaurant, and fresh fish store right down the road. Locals regularly rent out the property for events such as weddings and large parties. This place is truly relaxing. Papo, the property Manager, will make sure your stay is comfortable and will help you get around the area. (He speaks both English and Spanish) My family and I have put a lot of work to get this place to where it is, and we are very excited to rent it to you and share it with you. We charge a lot less than we should (at least less than what AirBnB recommends). We are not looking to make lots of money off of this place, just share it with others. Möbliertes Haus am Strand auf einem zwei Hektar grossen Grundstück mit vielen jungen Obstbäumen und Kokosnusspalmen. Die Sonne geht jeden Tag direkt vor der Veranda unter. Neben dem Grundstück ist eine schoene Lagune/Müdung, ein naturgeschütztes Vogelgebiet. Der Strand ist aus weichem Sand und kilometerlang auf beiden Seiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einem idyllischen Fischerdorf, 8 km von Mayaguez entfernt und 18 km entfernt von Rincon. Dieses 3 Schlafzimmer/ 2 Baeder-Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschküche die Treppe hinunter. Riesige Doppelfenstertueren lassen sich zum Meer öffnen und es weht immer eine leichte Brise. Es gibt einen grossen Grill, der keine Grillwünsche offen lässt und sogar kostenlose Grillkohle. Es ist eine kurze Fahrt in die Stadtmitte von Mayaguez und in der Nähe vom Haus gibt es eine Bäckerei und ein sehr nettes Restaurant gleich die Strasse runter. Einheimische mieten regelmaessig das Grundstück fuer Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten und grosse Partys, Dieser Ort ist wirklich erholsam. Papo, die Grundstücksmanager, werden Ihnen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen und Ihnen helfen, sich in der Gegend zurechtzufinden. Meine Familie und ich haben viel Arbeit investiert um diesen Ort zu dem zu machen, was er jetzt ist. Wir sind sehr aufgeregt, ihn jetzt an Sie zu vermieten und mit Ihnen zu teilen. Eine Bemerkung am Rande: Wir haben erst angefangen, diesen Ort zu vermieten und der Preis ist sehr niedrig. Wir wollen damit nicht viel Geld verdienen, sondern ihn nur mit anderen teilen. The house is unoccupied, all yours to stay in! The house caretakers live up the road will meet you to check you in and be on call for anything you might need. A very quiet and traditional fishing village,a small bakery/deli/store walking distance from the house for most grocery needs, as well as a few great little restaurants nearby. The beach area is very peaceful and uncrowded, except for the occasional fisherman pulling in his catch. Major grocery store and central Mayaguez is 4/5 miles up the road. You will need a car to get around Puerto Rico.
