This Kingston Jamaican vacation home is a brand new, two bedroom two and a half bathroom holiday rental. This gated community has a communal pool and is located in a brand new well-maintained and well-secured residential apartment complex. This holiday rental suite has all the little extras to to suit your holiday needs. Situated within a lovely gated community with 24hr Security, this home includes; complimentary Wi-Fi, Cable, In-Unit Laundry, A/C in Bedrooms and Living room, private balcony with rattan furniture, 2 bedrooms with en-suites, one King-Sized which includes a jacuzzi bath and one Queen-sized, 1 guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen with bar-style dining. Shared outdoor Swimming Pool. Property includes a shared swimming pool, however there is no available lifeguard. I may not be available in person but I have a lovely male co-host that will meet you with your keys at check in and also answer any questions you may have he will also be the point of contact if you need help. I am also available by dropping a message. Very quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from Shopping Centre such as PriceSmart and Havendale Shopping Centre, Supermarket, Restaurants, Medical Centre, Petrol Station, Pharmacy, and Banking. The best way of getting around would either be hire car or taxi. Yellow pages available in the property for any taxi numbers as nearest bus stop is quite a walk. Plenty parking for you and your visitors if you have your own transport.
