Beautiful apartment of 40 m² located on the ground floor of a villa with independent access that can accommodate 4 people, ideally a family. This apartment is equipped with a private pool and a garden. Surrounded by nearby beaches, the regional park and the nautical base of Spoutourne, you will be closest for many leisure activities: sea bathing, snorkelling, fishing, surfing, sea scooter, sailing, water skiing, hiking, tennis ... Many typical Martinique restaurants await you in the village of Tartane, a 3-minute drive away. This apartment is well located on the Atlantic coast, halfway south and north of the island. Many excursions can be done in both directions, without having to cross Fort de France and be subject to traffic jams. In addition, you have access to sea excursions, not far from there. An ideal location for visiting the Atlantic coast! It is the oldest part of the island and one of the wildest! The Martinique surf spot: A 5 minute walk from the apartment is the most popular surf spot for surfers. Anse l'Etang beach: At the foot of our apartment, the beach of Anse l'Etang is one of the most beautiful beach in Martinique. Bordered by coconut palms, with fine sand, swimming is easy to access. You can swim there despite sometimes a few safe rollers. A bathing surveillance post is open in July and August because it is more crowded. The diversity of beaches: In the village, a roller-free beach with a pontoon awaits less experienced swimmers. Just after the village, the Brèche beach has been fitted out to accommodate families who would like to picnic. Wilder, after a short hike in the Regional Park, the beach of Treasure Bay is full of fish and aquatic plants, for nature lovers. Everyone will find the beach that suits them best!
