Lomas del sol is located in Nuevo Vallarta, only 15 minutes driving from the Airport of Puerto Vallarta. Lomas Del Sol is a residential condo in the area of Nayarit with private access and security 24/7 The house is fully furnished, it has living, dining, laundry room, kitchen, three rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The house has solar panels to ensure you have the temperature you want to enjoy the house. Our amazing and comfy house will ensure you a pleasant stay and it will make you feel like home. The house has two fully furnished levels. The main level has a living room with two sofas and two chairs. The dining room has a round table with four chairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with enough utensils for cooking if you wish to do so, also there is a breakfast bar with four chairs. There is a half bathroom and utility room with a washing machine for the needs of the guest. The upper floor has three rooms. The main room has a full bathroom, king size bed and a balcony with an exterior view to the condo. There are two more smaller bedroom with double beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. The beds have everything you need to sleep comfy as home. The bathroom are supplied with towels and toilet paper. You can also find an iron with its ironing board and a hair dryer. The house has 5 ceiling fans and 4 air conditioners which run with solar panels. There are large green common areas and two playgrounds for children from 2 to 8 years old. Also there are two pools with their wading pool and palapas with chairs and grills to make a delicious BBQ. During your stay in the house I always will be available through (Hidden by Airbnb) , Airbnb, text message, e-mails, phone call or in person. The beach is 5 minutes driving from the condo and 15 minutes walking. You'll find pretty much all the services you may need very close to the house. Walmart, Chedraui and Sam’s are the closest stores. Restaurants, bars and convenience stores are a stroll away! On boulevard Nuevo Vallarta there is a breakfast buffet for only $9.00 CAN you will find pancakes, omelets, juices, coffee, cakes, fruit, typical Mexican stews. For diner the restaurant "Sonora al Sur" has all kinds of grilled meat or if you wish to eat seafood the restaurant "El Coleguita" has all kinds of seafood and cocktails to enjoy, but if your desire is to eat tacos, you'll find the restaurant called "Tacos al pastor Sonorita". You have the option to rent a car, call a taxi, Uber's application works in Mexico and also we have a couple of contacts from Uber that they will be more than happy to take you whenever you need or want. The price you will pay for the rental of the house will be net, there are no hidden or additional charges, by this I mean that electricity, gas, Internet, cable for TV are included in the price. We understand accidents happened but is a requested you let us know as soon as possible for fixing them and you can get your full deposit back.
