Ist floor, 2 bedrooms with queen side beds each, with 2 small sofa sleepers in the living room to accommodate up to 6 people total. Fully air conditioned , fully equipped kitchen dinning combination, Living room and, a functional Terrace to sit out in or eat your meals or just relax, along with cable TV. El Commandante Horse Racing 15 minutes away, Los Colobos Shoping center 10 mintues, La Plaza de Carolina Mall 15 min. Canovanas Outlets with one of the islands newest entertaiment for all ages, arcades car race track, bowling , many restaurants to choose from and many, many more things to do. San Juan airport 20 minutes away, Charming Old San Juan and El Morro Fort and San Cristobal 25 min. El Yunque Rain Forest 25 mi. Luquillo beach 30 minutes away along with many restaurants. Hospital is 15 mintues away. Many other sites just ask will be happy to help. I live on the 2nd floor apartment and will be happy to assist with any of your questions or needs. You have the entire first floor apartment and have acces to gated parking for up to 2 cars. Once you arrive you will recieve a key. The parking area is a common and main entrance to both apartments. There is a $10 dollar charge for each lost key. I live on the 2nd floor apartment. If you need my assistance or have a question just let me know. I hope you have an enjoyable stay. I am a phone call away if not at the premises Small library 2 block walking distance, and everything else is less then a 10 mintue drive. i.e Many places to eat to chose from, movie theater, Walmart, K Mart, Home Depot, Horse Racing, Malls, Outlets and 20 minutes from the San Juan airport to name a few. I would describe the location as country/suburb. A car is very helpful although the public shuttle bus actually comes every 2 hours at the corner of my house and drops you off at The Colobos Shopping Center 10 mintues away. I believe it's free. Also Uber accessibility You can (Hidden by Airbnb) just about anything and find it in the island including directions There is also Uber, Uber Eats, and resturant deliveries less then 15 minutes away.
