Welcome!! This relaxed villa is less than 5-10min walk to beautiful Cane Garden Beach known world wide as the spot on Tortola with its abundant lounge chairs, restaurants and bars. Wake-up to a relaxed island vibe and view. No fuss accommodations is intended for you to enjoy the sun and build memories with your loved one. So come and enjoy a spacious and enjoyable Villa with crisp clean sheets and all the amenities to make your stay a feeling of welcome!! To aid in your comfort, a bar hight table with four stools helps to enjoy the window view while sipping tea or coffee. In addition two free standing trays aides in the ‘no fuss’ relaxed way to dine in or out should you have additional guests or visitors. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cutlery, utensils, dishes drinking and stemless wine glasses, stainless steel and cast iron pots pans. Coffeemaker, blender, microwave, kettle, mini waffle maker, toaster oven just to name a few. If you are a sun worshiper, the private patio and view is particularly enjoyable during the peak rays or for a more cool relaxed feel later in the afternoon as you view the sunset... a delight . Ceiling fans are also provided throughout the space and bedrooms for added comfort in addition to two oscillating and tower tower fans with remote controls. ALL IN DOOR FURNISHINGS (stools) MUST REMAIN INDOORS TO PROTECT FROM THE SPORADIC RAINS AND SUN. Your cooperation in adhering to this request is most appreciated. Remember to conserve energy and water. Depending on your arrival, the unit will be either unlocked, or you will be given instructions on accessing the Villa.. We value your privacy and but a message away. So all communication is done through the AirBnB message board. We are but 5-10min walk down the hill from Cane Garden bay beach with lots of restaurants choices and bars to chose from in addition to Bobby’s supermarket and a couple other small stores and souvenir gift shops. If you are on foot, be prepared to walk up a hill and steep driveway. But the location and view both in the day and at night is absolutely worth it. We are located on the northwest side of the island. There is no public transportation system. So recommend a guided tour from one of our local taxi to get the lay of the land and/or a rental if you are open to exploring on your own. Exterior lighting on the island as a whole continues to be a work in progress. However, motion sensor and solar lighting are installed as you come up the driveway, parking area and walk way to aid in your comings and goings at night. Also the exterior patio lighting operates on a dusk to dawn sensor. Hence the switch is taped in the ON position. Last, we are an eco friendly environment were just about all homes are built with a cistern as a means to catch and store rain water for all use. So please exercise efficiency when using the water and conserve electricity.
