Private apartment located in the basement of my beautiful home across from Hatchet Lake, with private entrance and parking. There is a full washroom and a kitchenette all new. There are two queen sized beds to comfortably sleep four. Back yard available for use with screened in gazebo & BBQ. Beautiful spot located in a somewhat rural area, private back yard with a beautiful screened in gazebo. Located across from Campbell Point Park with access to the beach and lake (lifegaurded from July 1 - Sept 1) and 5 min walk from Beach Lake Fresh Water Marsh Trail located at 16 Lynwood Drive. 20 minute drive to downtown, ten minutes to Bayers lake and 25 minutes from Peggys Cove. Convenience store, pizza places and pharmacy less than 2km away. Finished basement with full bathroom and kitchenette. Gazebo, BBQ and private back yard. Two queen beds in the apartment. Please note there is a turning spot at in the driveway to prevent you from having to back out. **there is no cable, however there is a tv with android box on site (internet and netflix access) If we are home we are more than willing to socialize and interact with our guests, and always available via phone, text or email. We are perfectly located in between downtown and Peggys Cove it less the 25 mins to each. All amenities nearby. Car would be best, about 10km from nearest bus stop. Perfect area for biking, hiking and walking. It is self check-in, a code will be sent to you before your arrival. You will enter the code in the pad and wait for the beep before entering (essentially waiting for the deadbolt to physically turn to the unlock position), when leaving simpy press the "lock" button at top of lock pad. Parking, private entrance, use of BBQ, Pet friendly, friendly dogs live here (pictured in ad). Life Guarded lake across the street. A car is necessary.
