The Louie II: Peaceful Accord Farmhouse near Arrowood w/ Hot Tub & Large Yard

The Louie II welcomes family and good friends to enjoy the bright space and outdoor entertaining potential of this pet-friendly three bedroom home, complete with 2 acres of land, garden and hot tub with privacy fencing. The town of Accord is a booming area with lots of great farm stands, restaurants, hikes, and more. The farmhouse is just a 5 minute drive away from Arrowood Farms! *If you would like to bring a dog, you *must* add it to the reservation under the # of guests section upon booking. One dog is allowed per reservation, unless otherwise approved by host (please send us a message). Sorry, we do not allow cats. Please abide by our pet rules. *Ticks/bugs are a regular part of Upstate NY. Tick prevention sprays for yards are very toxic to animals and pets, so we do not use them. Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside. *Due to risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property. No smoking in or on the property. No parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the listing. No loud music after 9pm. No weapons. No outdoor camping shall be allowed this includes tents, yurts etc. No trespassing over property lines or unit occupants may be liable for illegal trespassing. Emergency exits are found in the side entryway, the front door entry, out of the screened in porch, and the sliding doors out of the dining room. Garbage and recycling is picked up on Monday's. Please put all garbage out by the edge of the road on Sunday evening for pickup. Outdoor fires shall be made solely within the designated firepit area. Fire extinguisher inside is located in the entryway and the other is upstairs in the hallway. Parking is allowed solely in the designated parking spaces. This space is not available for any commercial use or as a commercial event space. Our property management company, Home Sweet Hudson, is available to provide you with Guest Support. Home Sweet Hudson works with local third-party vendors who can provide some great add-on features to your stay, paid directly to the vendors: - Private yoga class - In home private chef - Private massage session - Wine tastings The house is located on a road with other homes but has privacy and partial fencing to allow you to feel secluded. You can walk along the road and explore nearby trails, creeks and more. KITCHEN: The dine-in kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator as well as ample cabinet space for storage. LIVING SPACE: The living room includes a Smart TV (please use your own credentials for streaming services) as well as a record player with a collection of music for your enjoyment. OUTDOOR SPACE: The house offers everything you need for year-round entertaining. There are charcoal and propane grills available as well as a bistro table for dining al fresco as well as a hot tub. The backyard area is perfect for enjoying the fire pit an outdoor games. BEDROOMS: - Primary Bedroom: Queen bed - Guest Room 1: Full bed - Guest Room 2: Single bed Toiletries from Public Goods available in the bathrooms and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
