This cozy condo features cozy beds, in-suite laundry, and kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook up a quick meal! It is located in the mountain town of Canmore, where you can experience the best the Canadian Rockies have to offer! It is a convenient 20 minutes to Banff, and 30 minutes to Kananaskis! The suite is perfect for couples, families and friends looking to explore the Bow Valley and the Canadian Rocky Mountains! *LIVING ROOM* Views of the mountains, plenty of sitting room for friends and family. Arcade games and fire place. *BEDROOMS* 2 Spacious bedrooms with mountain views *KITCHEN* Open concept, bright and clean *SHARED HOT TUB* Relax at the end of the day looking at the view soaking in the hot tub. *BATHROOM* 1.5 bathroom no one needs to wait. Every unit is sanitized and professionally deep cleaned after each stay to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests. Guests have access to the whole unit except for a supply closet. I'm only a message/ phone call away if you need anything! We have a great views of the mountains. We are very close to both Canmore and Banff where there is a lot of fun activities to do. The city is very small which makes you feel like you are in an unique community. There are no public transit around so we recommend that you either have a car or a bike. The house is about 1.5 Km for Canmore. The place is also very close to the biking and hiking trails. There is an added pet fee if you bring your furry friend. We have a pet fee of $20CAD per pet per night which we can adjust on our end upon booking. There is a cot for the 7th person! Please note that the use of the fitness room and hot tub is subject to government regulations based on Covid-19 prevention measures.
