Newly constructed home with a View

Ideal for those that prefer a more rural setting than the typical resort area of Puerto Vallarta. The house is located in Mismaloya which is about 6 miles from downtown PV. Bus stop is conveniently located at the front of the house. House is newly constructed and a 5 minute walk to Playa de Mismaloya. The house is maintained by a family who lives on the first floor and have a boat for hire. Please ensure you read the finer details once you are interested. This is in a rural setting which means there are chickens, birds, dogs, etc. that like to make noise at certain times of the day. Minimal when doors and windows are closed. Also, this place has a lots of stairs. Will consider renting out per room vs. entire apt. Staff on site 24/7. Mismaloya beach was the location for the 1964 movie "Night of the Iguana". No big name business. All the boats and restaurants in town and the beach are family owned businesses. There is a bus stop located on the street, front of the house. 20 minute bus ride to downtown PV and the cost is 10 pesos. You can also call a cab which normally runs about 200 pesos to downtown. Uber is available but it is easier to get from downtown to Mismaloya then it is from Mismaloya to downtown. Cost is about 160 pesos one way.
