Modern Home, Centrally located next to Forest Park

This modern, updated home is located in the Dogtown neighborhood of St. Louis, a short distance from Forest Park, Wash U, SLU, the Zoo, the Muny, Art Museum, Science Center, BJC, SSM, and several Bar/Restaurant districts (Dogtown, Maplewood, the Hill, the Grove, Clayton/Demun, Delmar Loop, Central West End, etc). This home features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, two TV's with access to streaming services, and off-street parking for two mid-sized vehicles or one larger vehicle. Guests have access to the whole home. Guests will be provided a numeric code to enter the home. I tend to be physically present in St. Louis, but I am generally hands off unless assistance is requested during your stay. Dogtown is a historically Irish neighborhood located adjacent to Forest Park/The Zoo that contains several bars and restaurants. Tamm Ave bar has one of the best patios in town! Felix's (Pizza), Seamus McDaniel's, Nora's (Sandwiches), Heavy Riff Brewery, and Pat Connolly Tavern are all excellent options as well. Due to the central location of the home and proximity to several major highways, you can Drive or Uber/Lyft to nearly any St. Louis attraction in under 10 minutes. The home is also within walking distance of Forest Park/the Zoo and Tamm Ave (Dogtown Bar District). Electric Scooters (Lime/Bird) can be rented via a mobile app to get around even quicker.
