Compass Distillers Tower

Stay in the top of The Tower. Located above Compass Distillers, Halifax’s first and only grain-to-bottle distillery, this two bedroom apartment is a hidden gem. Harbour views and a BBQ on the roof top deck. Located in Halifax’s North End, you are steps from some of Halifax’s best restaurants, bars, breweries, and a cidery. This apartment will sleep six comfortably. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with Queen size beds and built in closets and storage, a full bathroom with a custom tiled shower, and a non coin operated washer and dryer under the stairs. The third floor is a wide open living space with an exposed timber framed roof, a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, couch, and powder room, as well as a Murphy bed. Brand new memory foam mattresses in the two bedrooms, and the Murphy bed upstairs. The roof top deck is located off the third floor, and has a BBQ, as well as table and chairs. Guest have full access to the entire apartment. As well as the Distillery tasting room whenever it is open for business. We are around almost every day to answer any questions guest may have, or offer suggestions for places to go, things to see, or places to eat. Agricola street is one of greatest streets in Halifax’s North End. Within a 5 minute walk of the Tower you have access to three craft Breweries, a cidery, bars, restaurants, and an axe throwing bar! You are located a 15 minute walk from citadel hill, and 20 minutes from downtown and the waterfront, with more great bars, restaurants, and bakeries along the way. The North End is without a doubt Halifax’s best neighbourhood. Almost everything you need for your stay is within walking distance. We are also minutes from a number of major bus routes. Four person occupancy is based on the use of the two bedrooms only. If you are planning to use the Murphy bed make sure to let us know and enter at least 5 guests when booking. This unit is up two flights of stairs, with another internal set of stairs between the bedrooms and main living space. There is no elevator, or gates to block off the stairs for small children.
