We live in this space, have other guests staying & are happy to share simple budget style accommodations. Proud to say we support Hospice Thrift shop and reuse what is good. We believe you will feel at home with us and other guests. Self serve access, living room & kitchen to share. Our dogs are friendly labs, may bark & always love visitors. Please park on the street. Enjoy the living room space and kitchen at your leisure. Jill and I lead busy lives so make yourself at home and we will see you at some point in the day. We believe in multi-use homes to reduce the impact of suburban sprawl on our forests and farm lands. We believe in the power of people connecting and working together to create a world that works for everyone. Please feel free to use the kitchen. Clean up after yourself and put your dishes away. Others are sharing this space. We are a smoke and alcohol free home. Quiet time is 10 pm - 8 am. Thanks so much. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants is 1.5 km uphill. We are 3 blocks up the hill to Alder st. for bus transportation. We live on a quiet street that slopes toward the ocean for a lovely view. Community Fee of 5% addis is Canada GST.
