Beautiful Lakefront Vacation

Historic home , built 200 years ago. Home is totally powered w/ solar energy. Bright sunny, country style w/ lots of wood, tile, granite counters & European kitchen. Fresh eggs from the free range chickens on property. Noodles the cat to greet you Large 30 foot deck , gas grill and patio umbrella & seating for outdoor dining. Accommodations on lake side include fire pit, kayak, canoe, paddleboards PFD's, picnic tables, chairs, hammock w/beautiful view. A small slice of heaven! All season property. Enjoy the mature landscaping of the gardens on this 5 acre lakefront property, including fruit trees, raspberries and lots of perennial gardens. I live on the property and have an apartment in the old section of the house. Guest quarters are newer, with lots of granite, tile and natural light. You will see me or my nephew on the property from time to time, (not often) however guest quarters are very private. We all have our own entry and our own space. Cat, free range chickens, and honey bees are here as well. requiring my attention. Guest quarters include.... 3 private bedrooms, 1 private bathroom, a loft with plenty of seating, live stream TV, WIFI, and a breakfast nook for morning coffee or family game time. A full operating kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. (shared) I come in for an occasional cup of tea. Lake access, picnic area with firepit for smores or cooking. Please plan to bring firewood. Lakefront has kayaks, paddleboard, and watercraft, corn toss, frisbee, Bocci and more can be found in the cabana on the lake. These are available to guests. however, (Release of liability is provided and required). Lakefront views! Spacious yard, 30 foot deck overlooking lake and yard, Weber charcoal grill for BBQ (Bring supplies Pls) and gorgeous views , and gardens to roam on property with mature landscaping. Picnic table on the deck, Weber charcoal grill., and plenty of green space for lawn games. Off street parking for up to 3 cars . (Parking (11-3) on back side of turnaround to allow cars in and out of garage safely. For lakeside meals, please plan to bring paper plates and disposable china. There is a hammock to further the appreciation! : ) Skating, x country skiing, wind surfing, snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter. Hiking, swimming, paddle-boarding and boating spring, summer, fall. Come an enjoy this small slice of Heaven! All but my private spaces..... library/office attic and garage. There is a cat on the property. Full operating kitchen with gas range. Everything you need is here. You are responsible for cooking and clean up when using kitchen or gas grill. Bathroom is private for you and your guests. I am a beekeeper and have local honey. Hives are distant from living space and no danger of unwanted interactions. Bedrooms bathroom and Loft area are totally private. Kitchen only is a shared space. Although this property feels very rural, it is 5 min away from all the shopping, restaurants and hiking and biking trails. Many excellent restaurants nearby. I have a reference for guests when they arrive. Park & Ride to Boston 3 miles from here. Uber is available for those evenings where you want to just relax and have a glass of wine. **Tupelo Music Hall is 5 min away and feature many great musicians and artists, comics and more. More information can be found at (Website hidden by Airbnb) . **America's Stonehenge is a 15 min drive, mountains and trails to climb about an hour North. **Kayaking, canoeing, swimming, hiking, fishing, ice fishing, skating, cross country skiing right here on the property., weather permitting. Local hiking trails, biking Derry Rail Trail features over 15+ miles of paved trails for walking and biking. Massabesic Lake is 20 min away, it is a 4500 acre natural wildlife preserve with hundreds of hiking trails . Audubon is 15 min drive Ocean 45 miles drive, Mountains 60 min drive. Boston 45 min drive. Close to great Restaurants, Shopping, Scenic drives, plenty of outdoor activity. Tupelo Hall a Music and entertainment venue is a 5 min drive from here.
