Cozy Corner in South Edmonton. Clean & Comfortable
The place is spacious and bright and can easily accommodate at least four people. There are many extra sleeping areas. This is a townhouse with three levels of living space, all set up for guests. Parking is just outside the main door. We are close to the vibrant shopping district of South Edmonton Commons, less than a five minute drive to endless stores and restaurants. You will feel cozy and comfortable in this space while you enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Truly a home away from home. This space is three levelled. All appliances and furnishings are brand new. Everything is pristine and in perfect working condition. There are three bedrooms on the uppermost level, with ample space to accommodate two persons in the two rooms with queen beds. The master bedroom is equipped with a television, with a comfy queen bed and dresser and mirror. The second room also has a queen bed with a vanity table. The third room is a complete twin bedroom suite with a large dresser and mirror. Rooms can be themed if you wish, only notice is necessary. The second level accommodates an open concept with a kitchenette, a half bath, and a living area which has two reclining leather sofas for additional sleeping areas, or just for kicking back or entertaining with friends and family. There is wifi in the home, and there is no internet service interruption anywhere on the premises. Please note that guest will be charged an extra $10 for each additional guest per night, over the five people allowance. The basement has a laundry area and another full bathroom. The driveway can accommodate two vehicles. Rest assured that you are coming to a very clean, well disinfected space. All laundry is cleaned with a rigorous full hour wash and dry cycle. All touch surfaces are disinfected after each guest leaves. Unfortunately because of Covid 19, I do not visit or meet with guests in person but I am always reachable by phone and text. The entire unit is available to guests. 24/7 via phone or text message. The unit is in the Ellerslie community, and we are about a twelve minute drive from the airport.. The unit is located near the vibrant South Edmonton Commons shopping district. There is a seven eleven convenience shop very close by in case you need something in a hurry. Don’t worry everything is close by and easily accessible. There is a reliable bus service. The bus number is 78. The buses start running at about 6am until a little later than midnight. There are endless taxi services around. The taxi can pick you up just outside the entrance door. If you have a vehicle just park in the driveway. I am just a phone call or text away in case you require further assistance. There is so much to see and do in this community to write about in the limited space provided. Park only in the driveway. The driveway can accommodate two vehicles. There is street parking outside the condo area also , and it’s about a two minute walk to the unit. That’s if you require extra parking spaces. Please do not park in any of the visitor parking areas as this is a highly surveilled area and you will most likely be towed. Unfortunately I don’t have any visitor parking passes.
