Casa Blanca is in the heart of the village, steps to everything, including shops, restaurants, Chester Yacht Club, the rink and tennis court. Sensa Spa and Chester Golf Course are less than a 5-minute drive. This cottage is for relaxing and peaceful getaways for families and couples and is suited for five people—two bathrooms, one on each floor (upper-level bath has a walk-out shower to the pool). There are stairs to the 2nd-floor living, kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are office are located on the main floor. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the office space as a single day bed. There are baby and dog gates available and the back area of the cottage serves as a dog run. We do not accept weddings or event party bookings. Private access to the entire cottage, the locks are combination; if you arrive late, you can easily access the cottage with your code. The pool, sun deck and BBQ area are shared spaces with two other onsite suites. Please note the lap pool is open from June to October and is 5ft deep; there is no shallow end. It is a saltwater pool and is cleaned daily. There is parking available for two vehicles. I like to meet guests within 24 hours of arrival to ensure they are comfortable and answer questions about the cottage, Chester and the surrounding areas. I am only a phone call away and live close by should guests need any assistance. Chester is a beautiful example of a traditional seaside village with every luxury including the infamous SENSEA Nordic Spa, quaint places to eat, cafes, hiking and biking trails, 18-hole seaside golf course, kayaking, sailing and many interesting day excursions. Casa Blanca Cottage is located one hour from Halifax Stanfield International Airport. South Shore Taxi offers a private airport shuttle service and numerous car rental companies are located at the airport. The cottage is also an ideal spot to host a small corporate retreat; audiovisual equipment, flip charts etc., are available for an extra fee, please inquire when booking.
