This apartment is perfect for a single or couple wanting to reside in Belmopan. With AC Bedroom, private bathroom and kitchenette, this apartment has its own entrance and front verandah. It is close to public transportation, store, laundromat, restaurants, bakery, vegetable market, pharmacies, and stationery stores. Cozy Apartment available in Belmopan, the capital city of tropical Belize, in Central America. Want to live in Belmopan, the capital of Belize? Then, our one-bedroom apartment is perfect for you; it is comprised of a private bathroom, a private bedroom (with AC) and a common space (without AC). Travelling in a bigger group? Then we can accommodate up to 3 persons more in an adjoining room with an additional bathroom (booked separately). You can access your apartment, the exterior verandah, free parking in the yard, and yard space. This space is ideal for relaxation inside or on the verandah. You have access to a kitchenette, saving you money to spend on other things. A laundromat is located just 2 blocks away for full service laundry. Shared areas are complementary, not add-ons; we request your courtesy to other residents by tidying up after yourself immediately after using these areas. Please be considerate with regards to noise volumes early in the morning, late evening and night. Level and frequency of my in person interaction is based on my availability at any point in time (not predictable). I am very responsive once a message or phone call is received. Once a report is received, we address any issues, for example 'cuts' in utilities or infrastructure issues, that are within our control within the shortest time possible. This is a very vibrant community, with long-time Belizeans and Central American Belizeans living in the area. Within a couple blocks you have bakery, local eateries, supermarket, laundromat, vegetable market, etc. You can have live comfortably and interestingly in Belmopan. This area has a multi-ethnic population, comprised of the Creole, Garifuna, Maya, Central American Mestizo, Chinese, Taiwanese, Indian, North-Americans, and many Europeans. A lot of the expats work with the many embassies and consulates, and have an active community and social life in Belmopan. As home to the University of Belize, seat of government and location of several embassies and consulates, Belmopan also receives a lot of commuting workers on a daily basis. You can readily take a city bus or taxi in this area. We are 15 minutes walk from the main bus terminal that can take you to other parts of the country, including interesting sites. Our place is great to stay at because schools, medical facilities, banks, parks, tennis and basketball courts, are within walking or biking distance. We are near the George Price Center of Peace and Development, and two blocks from vegetable store, bakery, eateries, and corner shop. Public transport is a stone's throw away. Belmopan's central location in Belize, with public buses going north, south, east and west, is ideal for sightseeing trips on your free days. From Belmopan you can easily visit the Guanacaste Park, ATM Caves, Cahal Pech and Xunantunich Maya Sites to the West. Southwards, lie the Blue Hole, Caves Branch Caves, plus beach fun at Hopkins other coastal Villages. To the East you have ziplining and caves at Jaguar Paw, the Belize Zoo, and the Old Belize Museum. All these are accessible by motor vehicle, with between 5 minutes to a 1 hour drive. Within an hour you can also get to the boats in Belize City OR Dangriga Town which can take you to the islands for a day or two of island sun and then back for fresh water swimming or tubing or for work on the mainland.
