This country estate offers 3600 square feet of habitable space which includes a prestigious spacious kitchen, 2 dining rooms with 8 chairs each, four furnished spacious living rooms and 6 big bedrooms. The cottage offers private access to lake Viceroy, renowned for its clear pristine water and its white sandy bottom. There's also a new dock that offers an amazing bathing and swimming experience... The cottage is four season, spacious and suitable for many activities and all seasons. Below is a list: - Shallow sandy shore for children swimming and quiet hang out in the water - 8 Kayaks, a canoe and 13 life jackets - Tubes and noodles for swimming and relaxing in the lake - Lounge chairs for sun bathing and relaxation - Spacious kitchen with all modern amenities and dining space for delicious cooking and dining experiences - A huge finished basement with pool table, two living room areas, big screen smart TV, fireplace and board games room with huge table creating an indoor hub for friends and family to hang out... - Big patio surrounded by mature trees and a view on the lake to provide a hangout area in nature, outdoor dining or simply a relaxing reading experience. The patio has a gazebo with a mosquito screen, three big tables and 24 chairs as well as a BBQ. The cottage is in the countryside. There are grocery stores and other amenities in the neighbouring villages around 5 to 15 minute drive. New health measures to reduce the risk of contamination Following the COVID-19 pandemic, the Quebec Public Health Authorities and the Quebec tourism industry corporation have developed health rules and guidelines to reduce the risk of contamination during guest stays. Please take note of these new measures: 1- There will be a 24 hour delay between rentals during which the cottage will not be occupied. Consequently, during the summer period (June 26 to September 7), check-ins will be as of 6:00 pm on Fridays and check-outs will be at 6:00 pm on Thursdays. 2- A distributor of hydroalcoholic solution for hand disinfection is installed at the main entrance door of the cottage. Anyone entering the cottage must disinfect their hands before entering. 3- Cleaning and disinfection at the cottage between rentals will include the following: a- All door handles, furniture, wardrobes, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and their surroundings will be disinfected; b- All appliances, televisions, blueray players, etc. will be wiped and disinfected; c- All counters, dining tables, coffee tables, furniture surfaces and chairs in the cottage will be wiped and disinfected; d- All hard floors will be wiped with disinfectant and steam cleaned using a steam mop; e- All carpets will be scrubbed thoroughly; f- The bathrooms will be thoroughly disinfected and in detail; g- The entire bedding (mattress covers, sheets, pillows, comforters) will be replaced by a clean and disinfected set; 4- All the materials, equipment and disinfection products necessary and usually used for the housekeeping of the cottage will be made available to visitors for their use during their stay. 5- Visitors are requested to consult the Self-care Guide provided by the Government of Quebec and available on line by simply doing a search with its name.
