This Bronx oasis is a newly renovated, fully stocked apartment with picturesque views at each turn. From wood panel walls and a barn door to moss wall art and a swinging chair, this little oasis is sure to make your stay in NYC feel right at home. Cable TV, Netflix and WiFi are included as well as a fire place and heater/AC(summer time) for comfort! With a private entrance, private bathroom and private bed room this little oasis is a big beauty sure to make your stay comfortable and memorable! This Bronx oasis provides a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, a grill top stove and even wines(21and over) for added enjoyment! The bathroom has everything you need from towels and hand towels to toothpaste and lotion just Incase you forgot anything! Washing Machine/Dryer is included only for Monthly stays. Guest have access to the front yard, the garden and the backyard patio. For long stays of 28 days or more a washer and dryer will be provided with access to another exit. This Bronx oasis is located by literally every major highway NYC has to offer, from I 95 to Bruckner, and even the Hutchinson and major bridges like Whitestone,Throgsneck and the George Washington. We are minutes away from everything, a block away from a major shopping complex, a block away from transit options, even a block away from beauty parlors, barber shops, Chinese food, Spanish food, pizza shops, juice bars,laundry mats, liquor stores, restaurants, bars and so much more! Everything you need is right here! Only minutes away from major transit options! When in New York do as New Yorkers do! Public transportation is the fastest way to get around here. If you have a car no problem, just be weary of parking regulations for that day! There is a driveway but it only fits one car, if you need the parking spot during your stay a small fee can be added per a night for your total enjoyment! Guest who book for long stays of 28 days or greater will be granted access to the laundry room. Fully equipped with a washer and dryer for added ease and comfort.
