Modern and immaculate Regina Beach home!

Very nicely updated 3 bedroom home in super private dead end location backing greenspace. Home is very comfortable with new kitchen and appliances and everything you need to cook a great meal. Handy covered bbq area off the kitchen and large wrap around deck. Home has nice open plan living space with flatscreen tv. 3 beds plus newer bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. Yard is private and features fire pit and play area for kids. We are about 4 blocks walk to the lake and at the end of a dead end street with only one neighbour. Super quiet location! They can have full use of the home, deck, bbq and yard. We live half an hour away so are available if necessary but will otherwise leave guests to themselves! Regina Beach is a small vibrant resort town located on Last Mountain lake, just 35 mins to the city of Regina and 20 minutes from the towns of Lumsden and Bethune. There is an awesome full sized grocery store (Papa Geordies), a small gym, coffee shop, Subway restaurant and 3 other year round restaurants plus 2 gas stations, a library and a golf course (just 5 minutes walk from our place). In the summer, there are a host of other seasonal businesses including famous Blue Bird Fish and Chips! You definitely need a car to get to Regina Beach but once there it is easy to walk around the town! We have Apple TV and a DVD player with lots of DVD’s. We have excellent Wifi as well.
