Welcome to Casa Rosa! This 2 bedroom house has a very private back yard and covered terrace that looks out to the Natural Jungle! Our house is located a 10 min walk across the road from the best beach on the Riviera Maya, Xcacel Beach. The beach has crystal clear blue water, great snorkeling and a sandy bottom. It is also a turtle nesting sanctuary. This is a private house not a condo or timeshare. Inquire for more detailed photos. Entire house. The house is located 10 minutes from Tulum, 5 minutes from Akumal and 25 minutes from Playa Del Carmen. The house is located in a private, secure community called Chan-Chemuyil which is a 5 min walk from the quaint Mexcian town of Chemuyil. Chemuyil has a few great restaurant options with authentic Mexican cuisine! I would recommend a rental car. There is very easy access to public transportation in the community as well. House has 2 Bedroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The house comes with all linens provided. The kitchen has all appliances with refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker. There are also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available to use.
