Powder House Cottage

Location & charm. Cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath house within 1 mile of Bruce’s Field, the Wilcox Hotel, Aiken Training Track. My cottage in the Historic District was built in the 1950’s but has been completely renovated. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. You will be comfy in 2 bedrooms and have the ease and privacy of 2 full bathrooms (1 tub with shower, 1 shower only). Relax on the leather sofas while you visit or watch television in the living room. There is an indoor stacking washer/dryer for your laundry needs. You can grill outdoors in any weather since there is both a covered and open patio. I’m always available by phone or text if you need anything. I’m close by and can attend to problems promptly. You will be in one of the most convenient areas of Aiken. Just around the corner are the dirt roads of the historic district for walking. Slightly more than a mile to Laurens St. shopping. Easy off street parking. If you are good at backing, you can put your horse trailer alongside the house.
