Fresh ocean breezes sweep the fields, and the green lawns and gardens that give the house space from the neighbours and a sense of privacy in a tight nit community. Only 7 minutes from the Gypsum Mine swimming hole, 15 minutes from the famous Skyline Trail, and within minutes of countless other hiking trails, waterfalls, whale watching and many other opportunities for adventure. If the weather isn't cooperating or if you prefer to stay in for the day, there is a smart TV in the living room, as well as books and board games to help keep you entertained.
