* NO Visitors allowed, NO parties, NO events. Nestled in the central region of the island, this hidden gem is the perfect place to escape from it all! Enjoy kayaking, fishing, restaurants, Coffee Farms, cave exploring, rivers, ziplines adventures & much more while visiting Utuado. This beautiful lake house is fully equipped and can sleep up to (4) guests. Kayaks & life vests included!! This wooden lake front chalet is set in the Caonilla’s lake; surrounded by beautiful mountains and the peacefulness of a small and friendly town. The scenery is unique, where nature blends in perfect harmony with privacy, cool breeze weather (mostly all year round) and the beauty of this dream house itself. It is fully equipped and entirely for our guest. It features two bedrooms and a family room ( with a sofa-bed) that can be used as a private bedroom. Bed linens, towels, Hammocks, table games, dominoes, fishing rods & kayaks are also included in your amazing experience at Casa Lago… So, just bring your meals and enjoy a wonderful stay! * Sorry, but NO wifi, NO a/c, NO visitors allowed I usually meet and greet my guests as they check-in to show them the place . If for any reason I'm unable to be there, I'll share with the guest the indications on how to access the property. Key sets are color coded for easy access. I really enjoy giving my best effort to make sure my guests will have a great experience at Casa Lago. Of course, I'm always on-call to assist them ( before, during and even after they check-out) for whatever they need. * We can help you arrange a personalized chef service, for that ‘special’ evening dinner... ( this service must be requested with at least 3 days in advance). I love meeting and hosting new friends! Casa Lago is located in a private dead- end street, were there are only 3 properties (all relatives). Utuado itself, is a very peaceful town in the mountainous region of PR. It offers many wonderful places for you to discover; such as rivers, lakes, restaurants, tourist attractions... but most of all, frendly people wherever you go. The use of a car is highly recommended to drive around. For your convenience, we have parking space for at least 2 cars in the property. Once the guest books a reservation at Casa Lago, they'll receive an email with some easy indications that will lead them all the way to the lake house. They'll also receive a list of "Things to Do" (interesting places in the area) to help them plan in advance an exciting experience ! All guests must bring their own meals and the use of kayaks, fishing rods or any other device will be at the guests own risk and homeowner is not responsible for any accident(s) that could occur. The use of a life vest is mandatory while kayaking. Children must be supervised by an adult at all time.
