Panajachel Beach Front House -not a private beach-

Originally designed stone and front bay-windows built in 1945, has a beautiful large lawn perfect for BBQs and family activities. The lake used to come up almost into the garden, making it easy to pump water from it. Also The TOWER was built to serve as a water deposit, letting water come down, when needed. Now we pump water from a personal well since municipal water is scarce and not as clean. PLEASE use IT conscientiously. ToiletPaper GOES IN BIN. It has a unique vintage round kittchen, super cool! And a huge nice garden to walk around. Do YOGA or play badminton. It has two large bedrooms, a small bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one private, one to share). The master bedroom has a king size bed, a double bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd large bedroom has one king size and three single beds plus a beautifull stone chimeney that works perfectly. The small room has a queen size bed. It also has a porche with a dining table. I am available by texts. Neighborhood is prety quiet so you will get a perfect nightime sleep. You can come from/ go to town taking a TUC TUC wich is a type of small taxi/tranportation. There is parking space inside the property. It is very close to downtown Panajachel, about 20 min walk so you can easily get any basics you might need.
