Located at the foothill of the rain forest and minutes away from beautiful Luquillo beach, it gives you a break from the city rush yet close enough if you need to get there. Definitely the place to stay while visiting other towns in the East of the Island. More information A comfortable house with one bathroom, full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. This lot is a 5 acre property at less than 100 meters of a beatiful river and located in one of the most safe community of Rio Grande. You are free to hang around the forest area, have breakfast with a beautiful view or take a nap in the hammocks and have a drum-circle in the safety of my food forest. Guest access You will have: * Keys (They"ll be inside) * 1 King / 1 Queen size Real beds (covered in anti-allergen covers and disinfected after every use) * Clean sheets and towels. * WiFi Internet * Washer- * BBQ Grill * Dryer= Clothesline * Plates, cups and cutlery * Microwave * Toilet paper, soap, dish washing liquid. * Hair Blower * Cleaning Items * First Aid Kit * 2 Fans ( High Power Vornado Brand ) * 4 Burner Stove * Cofee Maker * 2 Pot and 2 Pan * Ironing Board / Iron Guest access It is quite an easy drive from the airport here and you will have exclusive access to the entire property and grounds during your stay. As I welcome you during check-in, I will take you around the property and give you all the necessary tips so you can fully enjoy the place. I will welcome you and show you around during check-in, and will come to see you at check-out. In the meantime, you can reach me 24/7 at my cell phone and I will gladly take care of any questions and/or issues that may arise during your stay as I want you to have your best experience ever in the house! This is one of the safest places in Rio Grande, with quiet and friendly people. In the midst of nature and pure air, for an experience of peace and enjoyment. You will also feel safe. Welcome. The main access road (Carretera #3) is at 5 minutes from the property. There is no public transportation at the property, but UBER offer services to the area.
